Hilary made contact through the
website and asked that her note be made available for others to read. These are
the words she wrote:
"Brian Harri sadly
passed away in New Zealand aged 59 on the 24th of July in 2001. I often recall
many great chats about his days at Pitman's college and the friends he made
lasted a lifetime. Dave Storrie, Dave Lancaster, Mike Davis and Rod Tillyer.
I'm sure if he is looking down he would be thrilled to see what has happened
and the website etc... from Hilary Harri"

Hi , I just wonder if the 2
bottles of beer belong to Ian Kershaw and myself. In 1958(?) I was bought
before the head for possession of beer in my school bag. The finder being my
mother. Ian very bravely accepted joint responsibility. Is Ian still about? I
would love to hear from him or any other pupil that remembers me. My time at
Pitmans was when we were in the 'huts'. Regards to all. Mac (Mike
